1. Be responsible for the development of CAR-T products or preparation processes, technical support for related research and development projects, optimization of production conditions of CAR-T and related immunological research;

2. Be responsible for the research and development of stem cell products, actively put forward suggestions or plans for improving the stem cell preparation process, improve and optimize the production process, improve the product quality, and complete the establishment of production processes such as stem cell isolation, culture, expansion, cryopreservation and recovery;

3. Be responsible for the research and development of cellular immunophenotype flow cytometry detection technology;

4. Be responsible for the research and development of lentivirus production, packaging, purification technology;

5. Be responsible for cytokine detection, cell line identification, cell bank building, etc.;

6.  Summarize the progress of R&D projects on a regular basis, and report the work progress to relevant technical leaders;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

1. Master or bachelor degree with relevant research and work experience;

2. Immunology, cell biology, medicine, pharmacy and other related majors;

3. Good ability of reading English literatures and retrieving scientific papers;

4. Have the craftsman spirit, have the good experiment design, the operation and the hands-on ability;
